Dynamic Girls

Rowan Productions is proud to champion new voices in the creative industry through our philanthropic program, Dynamic Girls. Created in 2018, DG is a creative industry focused non-profit with a mission to provide access and opportunity to young women from underserved communities, via internships and job training. DG connects with local high schools and builds customized programs, partnering students with creative industry leaders to provide valuable information and on the job training. DG Mentors teach industry best-practices, hard and soft business skills, provide first hand experience, portfolio building consultations and access to industry standard tools that build foundations for successful career paths.
